How is the wooden hanger made? I believe everyone is very curious. The following hanger manufacturers will introduce the manufacturing methods of hangers for you.

There are three manufacturing methods of wooden coat hanger: Damp heat method, dry heat method dry cold method. The wet heat method is the method that veneer can be glued pressed into plywood without drying. The moisture content of veneer after rotary cutting is generally more than 60-120%. Veneer without drying is hot pressed into plywood. The moisture content of veneer with high moisture content is generally between 30-40%. Therefore, drying is required. This method is only suitable for blood glue gluing. During hot pressing, the plywood is easy to produce "bubble" defects. Because the wet veneer is directly glued, there is no drying shrinkage loss of veneer, so the plywood yield is high, but the plywood is dried after gluing. Because the veneer can't shrink freely, it will produce large stress, which is easy to cause warpage, hairline dry crack, glue opening other defects, the quality of plywood is poor. Therefore, this method is rarely used in production.

Dry cooling method: after the veneer is dried, it is coated with glue, then it is pressed into plywood in a cold press, which is called dry cooling method. When protein glue was used in the early stage of plywood development, dry cooling method dry heating method were parallel. Because it does use hot press, so the equipment is relatively simple the wood plasticity is small when cold pressing, the compression is low, so the plywood yield is high, the surface is relatively flat, the deformation is small. However, the production cycle of this method is long, the efficiency is low, the water resistance of plywood production is poor. When cold pressing, the urea formaldehyde rubber consumption is also high, which is only used in a few small factories.

Dry heat method: the dry heat method refers to the production method that the gluing unit of dry veneer is pre pressed in a cold press then rubber pressed in a hot press, directly hot pressed into plywood without pre pressing. This method is suitable for all kinds of adhesives, with short bonding time high product quality. Since the use of synthetic resin adhesive, it has become the most common bonding method.

In the process of dry heat compression, the elastic deformation of wood changes into residual deformation, which makes the volume loss. In order to reduce this kind of loss improve the yield of plywood.
